What type of events do you organize?



We are an Ultra Triathlon company that organizes races such as double ultra triathlons, ultra duathlons, and ultra aquabike races. We kindly ask that all participants and affiliates respect our naming conventions for our events. When we use the term "double ultra triathlon," we prefer to refer to it as such. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

How can I prepare for this event?



If you're considering doing a double ultra triathlon, you don't need to double your training! We don't recommend that. What we do suggest is training smarter and stacking the odds in your favor as much as possible. You can ask us questions to help you get prepared! We're happy to assist you in getting to the starting line. We can also connect you with some great coaches in the ultra triathlon community if you want to formalize your training plans.

What safety measures are in place at your events?



We take safety very seriously. We've got a doctor on hand for the athletes and have set up a closed loop course in the park to keep everyone safe. We've even tested out the swim, bike, and run courses ourselves, so we know exactly what you'll experience. This is a safe course and you won't be alone out there either!

Are there age restrictions for your events?



We've got some awesome events for adults, but just a heads up - you've gotta be at least 18 years old to race with us.

Do you offer refunds for race registrations?



We've got a couple of options for refunds, and it's totally up to you. If you want a 50% money-back refund, just log in to your RunSignUp portal and request it before check-in. We've set aside the money for this purpose. If you'd prefer a 100% race credit, just shoot us an email, and we'll set you up with a full race credit that can be used at any of our future events.

How can I become a sponsor or partner for your events?



Can I bring outside food and beverages to your events?



At ultra triathlon races, you'll find awesome aid stations stocked with water, food, gear, and support staff. We also provide a pre-race meal, meals during the race, and a post-race meal at the awards banquet. But it's best to bring your own food, drinks, and gear to make sure you have everything you need for the event.

Is parking available at your event venues?



We hold our events at state parks and limit the number of people based on the park space. So, yeah, there will be parking and it won't be a problem. Also, please check in with us when you get to the park as a parking voucher for the event is included in your registration fee!
